However, take the size of the change into consideration and put as much effort as needed into it.

Remember to update the following:

• The test script.
• Any affected integrations.
• Any affected security settings. A common mistake is to forget to apply all neccessary security settings, like granting access to all involved security groups.
• Any affected data transitions (conversions).

A formal sign off is not required in order to move forward to the Test phase.
