GenusOperations – a Windows Phone app

We are proud to present our first Windows Phone app based on Genus® Logix!

The app gives our partners and ourselves access to our issue tracking system for software operations incidents.

 

Issues are raised based on automatic monitoring of our customers production systems. Typical issues are disk alerts, deviation in number of files imported, unexpected terminations of maintenance jobs, unexpected memory usage etc.

 

Similar to our web clients, our mobile apps utilize web services exposed by the Genus® Logix application server. Genus is currently experimenting with mobile apps on iOS (iPhone, iPad) and Windows Phone, plus the use of Html5.
