New UI Controls, improved action orchestration and postponement of release 2012.2 to 2013.1

We have decided to introduce new user interface controls, primarily to support functionality required by the Norwegian Police and the Anti-Money Laundry application for Macedonia.

Therefore, release 2012.2 is postponed to February 2013 and renamed to 2013.1.

The new user interface controls are part of our Forms concept:

Map Control for displaying dynamic maps with flexible layers and markers.
Timeline Control for visualizing chronological and sequential data.
Diagram Control for displaying graphical networks of connected data.

We have also invested resources in improving our action orchestration. New Block and Control constructs extend and replace existing functionality.

Our Roadmap is updated.
