Genus AS purchases shares in Accedo AS

Accedo AS was established in 2008 as a consultancy for implementing business solutions based on both Genus Logix and Microsoft software.

 

History has shown that Accedo revenues are only related to Genus Logix projects.

 

By increasing our shares to 51%, Genus wants to shift Accedo's focus towards becoming experts in implementing customer applications using Genus Logix, serving both our customers and our other partners.
