Manpower implements Genus Recruit

Manpower Norway has decided to add our Recruit functionalities to their existing Genus Logix-based Front Office systems.

Genus Recruit is an application model template containing the following main functionalities:

Web portal for recruitment
Publishing of job advertisements
Powerful search and navigation
Applicant self-registration on web
CV and document uploading
Job application submittal

The functionalities will be a truly seamless part of their existing Genus Logix-based application, allowing the Manpower recruiter to access and evaluate candidates in a well-defined work process without leaving their Front Office system.
